Dental Insurance and Payment Options
We are In Network with the following Dental Insurance Plans:
- Delta Dental
- Cigna Dental
- United Concordia
Being in-network means that she has agreed to pre-negotiated fees. Therefore, once you have satisfied the deductible specific to your plan and paid the co-insurance percentage for a procedure, we cannot bill you further. You can even know before treatment what your out-of-pocket expense will be.
Payment options:
- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
We’ll be happy to file all of your claim forms so you are certain to receive the maximum allowable benefits for any covered procedure. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
